Spam call! Robo call advising legal magistrate action may take place if ignored! BS! I am on DO NOT CALL LIST but apparently that list means nothing! Smh!

i just got a scam call on my cell from number 360-203-0028, guy stated he was steve marvin. message was left on my voice mail. said was from US treasurer. Sounded exactly like the guy on the previous recorded message posted here

I always let voice mail pick up. The message was repeated 3 times before the call was disconnected. It also sounded like he was calling from a tunnel as the echo was pretty bad. I did get a chuckle out of the fact that he said I would be in trouble with the Magistrate. Guess he didn't understand US laws and such.

Idiotic robo call from a speaker with a foreign accent. Caller sounds like he's speaking in an echo chamber and leaves a mildly threatening message to call otherwise "you'll be in trouble". Do yourself a favor and ignore this nonsense. It's a scam.

It is a scam trying to say that you owe taxes. IRS never calls you - the send you a notice by mail.

I can't understand everything the guy is saying, but he is threatening to take me to court if I do not return his call or subpoena me. I don't know what he is trying to scare me with - can't understand the whole recording, but know it is scam and garbage.
