Received a message on home phone at 5:28 pm today, stating same message as above posts. Indicated that not returning the call will be treated as a federal criminal offense.

Caller: Inaudible name with heavy accent, last name Martin?

MId-Eastern Indian accent; mispronounced my name; difficult to understand; some crap about a magistrate, a grand jury, and the US Treasury. It's so obvious, it's almost comical.

Got it today at 12:01. Same Indian accented guy as above. Stating willfully ignoring the call would lead to blah blah. It was very hard to hear as the recording was broken and had a lot of background noise like wind. I took a call like this once and told the scammer that I was going to pray for them so that they would find a legitimate way to make money instead of scamming people. They were very surprised!

Just got a voice mail from man with foreign accent that was so think it was hard to understand. Lots of threats about judge and jury...trying to protect me from being prosecuted form something...again,,,too hard to understand his accent.

steve marvin, mildly threatening message to call otherwise "i'd be in trouble" threatening to take me to court if I do not return his call or subpoena me

Just git the call today at 5:10. Same caller, message, and accent as described. They should just introduce themselves as "We are calling from Full-of-Crap Scam company to see how foolish and stupid you are.

Same message at 1:56 pm today. Got a similar message from 360-203-0021 yesterday with a slightly different accented voice. If we are so desperately wanted by the government, why is it that they don't know our names????

Yep, got a call around 12:41 by some indian accent guy that was automated, talking about how this was a second time attempt to call and if I didn't call back at 360-203-0028 I'd be brought before a magistrate judge and jury, blah blah. It threw me off initially because when I answered I was thinking about a jury duty summons I had got and was half asleep. Instead of calling though I searched back and realized my summons isn't till later this week. I realized this was someone pretending to sound like the IRS. The IRS contacts you by mail and not by phone.
