Caller introduced himself in a friendly tone, asking how I was today, as if someone I knew and was acquainted with. I asked what the call was about. Says calling for Volunteer Firefighters' Association and asking to send me an envelope for a "one-time" donation. Appears is a lobbying effort more than actual aid to individual firefighters, and I said as much. I told him I could/would not donate. CID showed phone number and "Forks, WA."
