Ask for my mother by her nick name, then asked for my full name, said they looked up my "record" and that I was being sued for monies owed to the IRS

I got a voicemail message but I did not get the whole thing. They tell you to call back for more information on the case but I don't even know what it is about. I suspect that this is a scam.
One ring and the phone drops off
