Received calls from 360-208-1034 and 704-585-8987, both leaving the same recorded message - this is the 2nd (3rd) documented attempt to reach you, call back immediately. Both left the same claim #. I've received the same message from other numbers, but the info above is the most recent.
Got the same call and recorded it. I asked for the name and address of the company so I could send a written request for them to validate the debt and they refused. The same guy called back from a different number, 470 203 3313. Under the terms of the Federal Fair Debt Collections Act, they are required to provide you with documentation of the original debt and prove that they now own the debt.
I had the same experience. Tried to call back and get any info from them and they denied me at all turns. I got 2 voice mails stating the same thing but two different call back numbers. 704 585 8987 and 360 208 1034. They were both rude assholes. that may be because I was kind of an asshole first. Don't get scammed folks.
I posted this experience on two sites regarding this number:
It is a scam. First of all, it's a robo call. They claim that their initial call is their "3rd attempt" at trying to contact you. That's odd because that was the first I heard of them. They called another day saying the exact SAME thing. Plus, they NEVER identify themselves as they use scare tactics to try to get you to answer or to call back the numbers they are leaving on the message. Very shady!
They called me initially from (323)318-3862 and also left this (360) number (based in Seattle, WA) and (843)584-8289
This number was given to me to call back and I tend to think it is NOT a scam. The original caller ID was different, but said the third documented attempt to reach you. Because you have evaded your responsibilities, etc. When I called this #, the woman who answered gave me her name and, when asked, identified the company as "A&R". She had the last 4 of my SS# then gave me the name of my bankruptcy atty, and said she would notify her client and remove all info regarding this account. She did not tell me who the original creditor might have been, but told me I have nothing to worry about.
