I got the skinny on these people!!
Got tired of 360-239-7794 repeatedly calling and sent a nasty text message back to that number on July 28th. I recently recieved an email in response to my text.
Email reads...
Dear me.
Thanks for contacting Impact Telecom(formally TNCI/PacWest). Apologized for inconvienance and the following explanation.
They are a wholesale busimess provider, who lease their numbers, out to their, resale business customers, who would assign the new numbers to thier clients.
Therefore, calls are not directly coming from Impact Telecom. Im order to provide me with best assistance, they want me to privide them with the number(s) calling, along with dates and times of last 3 calls ive recieved.
Once they recieve that info, they will provide all info to... their business customer, who will investigate the TN calling me and research the issue to confirm this is not a case of caller ID spoofing. They will also notify their client to remove my numbet fro their call list.

Just a bunch of double talking nonsense! Impact teleccom owns phone numbers? Leases out numbers to their customers, who then assign the numbers to their clients. Sooo... its a phone number leasing business? And if they are providing the info i send, to their business customer to research but stated they, Impact Telecom, will also notify their client to remove my number. Just a bunch of double talk! Im not doing their leg work. Next i will send a noterized cease and desist letter to stop calling my number.

Many times on my cell phone. Did not answer.

The same number was a hang-up a week ago. I heard a woman, who sounded like a recording, start talking insurance. I hung up as soon as I heard "Insurance".

They called for the 5th or 6th time on my cell phone. I blocked it but it must not have taken effect yet. I was told it was The Hartford. Comment above is correct sounds like a recorded robot message. She started trying to push insurance on me. I told her not interested. She had the nerve to ask me if I was sure. I laughed said I have really good insurance. Told her not to call me again multiple times and hung up on her. Don't care how rude I sounded. She's taking up my time and invading my private cell number.
