I received two calls from this number and the second time they left a message which was muffled. I called the number and the "gentleman" (which is code for scammer) told me he was with an agency working for the IRS concerning a tax debt. When I told him that the IRS never utilizes a third party on tax issues and they do all of their correspondence through the mail he hung up. I tried calling back to let him know I filed a complaint, but there was a busy signal.
