CTR 277: The consumer stated the company called numerous times on both is home phone, 908-904-9535, and cellular phone as listed above. They offer to save him his maintenance fees on his timeshare as they will buy his timeshare.

Called about eliminating maintenance fees from timeshare and dial 1 to speak to someone and dial 2 to get name off phone list. All my timeshare management companies say same thing, use broker to sell timeshare, they only get paid after they sell timeshare. Do not pay upfront fees/deposits. Check Better Business Bureau or internet or state regulator to make sure company is on up and up.
