It is a recording; that said due to a recent PG&E California Government deregulation, you may be qualified for a gas discount, press 3 to remove from list, press 5 to talk to agent for qualification. Press 5 on one call, rung one time to dead air; pressed 3 on the other, and goes to dead air. (Called PG&E, they are not aware of any discounts.)
