This company has been making these calls for YEARS. They use a recorded script to tell you that nothing is wrong with your credit card, but that they can improve your rate. The caller is always the well-known "Heather" or "Rachael" and each call is always the final "opportunity" to use their services. However, no worries, because they will inevitably call again and again, ad nauseum.

It is absolutely amazing that no one has been able to track them down through telephone company records. I am certain that there have been thousands of complaints over the years. When will law enforcement find them and stop the merry-go-round?
