Another telemarketing call i shouldn't be getting since i am on registry

Illegally called my cell phone. I do not give my cell phone # out to businesses, so calls like this I know is a scam.
My phone is for emergency use.
Complaints on another web, last complaints there for this number was in 2011 & it was about lowering your credit card interest. I have no doubt it's up & at it again.
Any rate, it's a scam for a fact.
