Caller stated they were from the IRS Internal Revenue Service when I said our a scamm he just hummed twice and hung up 2/13/017 4 times from 8:30 am to 3:11 PM

I received a voicemail the other day stating they were the IRS and are going to be suing me. Phone number they said to call back was 360-369-4186. Funny thing is I just spoke with IRS a couple weeks ago and they didn't say anything about me owing them.

02/09/2017 I received a phone call to call back this # (360) 369-4186- telling me I'm being sue by the IRS regarding my tax. When I call back they had the first person asking questions to see if I had an attorney... then refer me to another person who then wants my $$$ - NO WAY!! NOT TODAY, NOT FROM ME. NO YOU DON'T!!! We received a phone call from this number. Jerry Wilkens is who answered when my husband called back. Threatened to issue an arrest warrant if he did not send $1000. Claimed a certified letter was sent but of course we never received it. Mr. Wilkens stated that once the money was received they would email everything. Luckily I researched the number here and told my husband it was a scam.

They called my phone 3 times today and left messages on my answering machine. Same message from the "IRS" located in "Battle Ground WA." This was all done by Robo calling.

Battle Ground reports that the IRS is suing and to return call. This is a scam. The IRS does not call people on the telephone.

This is a robo call. It will tell you unless you call them back on this number, the IRS will be filing a lawsuit against you. It's crap! If you call them back they will charge your phone a load of money. Don't fall for it! The IRS does not ever contact you by phone!!!
