They called me those Nigerian snakes and I hung and reported them. There should be NO trial for them if they get caught, only the gallows. All seniors need to be careful and hang up on these degenerates.

Left a message on answering machine stated that the the IRS was filing a lawsuit and i needed to call. I used *67 then dialed the number and it is constantly busy.

yes just called and said they were the irs and filing a lawsuit I know better so I picked up and said I was going to report them then proceeded to block them on my phone never ever give out info

The caller was Indian, with such a heavy accent, said was filing a lawsuit, had my name and address, I couldn't understand him because of static on the line so he hung up. Before the call, there was a message supposedly from the IRS to call the number

Scammer saying they're the IRS and filing a lawsuit. The IRS will never call you and demand money like this. Do not call them back or give them money.
