The call starts out with a very annoying sound of a cruise ship's horn/whistle, it is quite loud and disconcerting. It then advertises a free cruise and encourages you to wait for a live operator where I have no doubt they will attempt to ask for personal info such as credit card or SS #. I block the number through my control panel at verizon wireless online and then a week or two later they call back on a similar number. The area code is always 360 and the exchange is always either 460 or 461.

2 of the calls were silent. One was a recording about a cruise.
