Caller ID said SPECIAL MESSAGE and I did not answer. They did not leave a message. I am on the DNC list but looks like that does not do any good.
Cardholder Services play a recording that claims they are able to lower my interest rate. I need to press 1 to speak to a live representative. There is no option to remove my phone number. I then press one to speak to a representative, I ask that my phone number be removed from their calling list. Most of the time, they simply hang up on me. A few times they say they can't.

A man that spoke like a street thug called and seem to know I had inquired about insurance. I told him thanks anyway but with my husbands pre-existing condition he would not be able to help me. He insisted they might and I started to explain more but he hung up on me. I think this was just a really bad telemarketer.
