In Tennessee this number comes in too Financial Center along with todays call from 1-971-333-3934. Since July 30th we have had 7 calls from them. Noone will ever do anything to them for their unwarranted and invasion of privacy calls. The asbove numbers = 1-360-474-3908 are all the same company. They all want to lower you interest rate. By the way, Visa and Master Card DO NOT WORK TOGETHER.

Write our Congress and Senate. We need CRIMINAL penalties against the companies that are profiting from these calls. Follow the money, slap them in jail, no one left to outsource to overseas boiler rooms, problem solved.
Since they are operating across borders it should become a federal felony and should be handled by the FBI under the RICO Act.

Card Services. Lower your credit card rate. They call numerous times per day. "Hi, this is Rachel with Card Services. There are currently no problems with your account. Press 1 to speak with someone. Press 3 to discontinue receiving the calls". It doesn't work. I've pressed "3". They hang up on you if you speak to a live agent and ask them questions like a call back number. Huge scam. Please arrest these people who are just "phishing" for visa numbers.
