Promoting a reduction in interest rates on credit card.I asked if I currently held a cc w/ the copany she represents. She ignored my question & continued speaking. I asked if this is a solicitation, she didn't answer me and continued her pitch. Again i asked if i currently head a cc w/ her company. she finally said no. I said, then this is a solicition. she said, "no it's not, i'm not knocking on your door". I suggested she look up the definition of solicitation in a dictionary. She said, "i'm not a dummy, you dumb bitch". I asked if the conversation was recorded. She said yes. I asked for a supervisor. Seconds later, a different female picked up. I related that her operator had just called me a dumb bitch. Supervisors response was "oh no! I can't believe that! Hold on while I go spank her". Line disconnected. For identification purposes only, both were females, the first one sounded like an african american, the second, caucasion.

trying to lower interest rate, put $$$ on their card. Get these calls ALL THE TIME - believe it is a scam. Get very rude when you say you don't have any balances and then they hang up. Have deleted the many calls where they've called before so can't answer below.
