credit card interest rate reduction. Received the call from "your credit card company" with option 1 to talk with someone or 3 to opt out of future calls. I hit 3 and was taken to a live operator. She introduced herself as customer service but later said she worked for Account Managemnt Assistance. She said the Visa or Mastercard made the call and I was transferred to her to assist with a lower rate. She didn't know me or my bank or anything about me, so started asking me questions starting with phone number. When I said I was on the DNC list, she hung up.
