I answered this call to a recorded message offering help to resolve back-taxes. I do not owe back-taxes. After the message, I was prompted to "Press 1" to speak to someone. I went ahead in hopes of speaking to someone to request removal from their call-list. I was forwarded to another message indicating that all representatives were busy. I was then prompted to leave my name, phone number and the amount of back taxes owed. I left no information. How annoying!!
