Credit rate reduction service for credit cards. I have NO credit cards so there is no business reason to call. This was done via a recorded message that did not identify the company name or phone number. If you wish to speak to a rep, press 1, which I did. When the rep answered she asked "are you responding to lower interest rates". I stated "No, I'm calling to get removed from your call list". The agent hung up.
