Reduced credit card rate

Call was something like this - "This is Rachel from Credit Card Services, theere is nothing wrong with your credit card - but you must take immediate action to take advantage of the reduced credit card rates as low as 6.9% - please press 1 to talk to a representative"

I disconntected the call.

I seem to recieve these calls around once a month or so.

The call begins with a pre-recorded meesage from "Account Services" advertizing that the company can help lower "my" credit card bills; but time is running out and I must respond immediately. The pre-recorded voice states it is my last chance. The voice then says to press "1" to speak to an account advisor. I press "1" and when the account advisor answered, I told her I was on the DNC and told her to stop calling. She immediately hung up (12:29 PM, 8/9/2012) but then called back (12:49 PM, 8/9/2012) on a different number to further harass me. Would not answer the call when I pushed the "1" key.

They pretend to be "cardholder services" for a current credit card account, offering high interest rates and when I ask them what account I have they hang up. When I call back, the numbers seem fake. This occurs sometimes 3x a day, sometimes every day, sometimes with a week imbetween calls.
