they tell you that they work for visa, mastercard, etc and they can get you a lower interest rate. they don't tell you that they will charge your credit card a large amount up front for it.

I connected to a live representative who tried to sell me on their scam. I asked the individual to remove me and explained to him I have asked bother other reps as well as 'pressed 1' to remove myself through the automated system. I have tried for years to stop receiving calls from
This companies long list of numbers all based out of the same area code. I have spoken to reps and informed them that I don't even have cards to lower the interest on. The calls persist and the reps get more and more disrespectful, the worst case being a representative cussing at me saying, "don't call here just to waste my fucking time".

after calling me for several months, i finally hit 1 to speak to a person. she swore at me for asking her to stop calling.
i contacted the ftc and filed a complaint. the ftc said the more complaints the better chances their lawyers will investigate.

"Opportunity to reduce your rate on your credit cards." When I spoke to the individual, she would not reveal the name of the company and hung up. When I tried to call the number back, the message was "mailbox full."
