Claimed I could get lower rate on credit card services; did not give company but stated it was on an existing credit card but I do not have credit card.

Something about lowering interest rates, press 1 to talk to a representative, ect.

They indicate that they are calling about your credit card and that you need to call them back. When you do and ask them to take you off of their list, they scream at you and slam the phone down. I have gone through their process numerous times to have my number removed and had very similar experiences each time. They call from a different number each time.

Company claimed they were from a "Account Services" and they work with your credit card company to lower your interest rates. Ask you how much Credit Card debt you have, try to obtain personal information.
