reducing credit card interest rate. when a human came I told them I have asked them to stop calling several times. they hung up. I have called backed an pressed 1 to be removed from their list -- yet the calls continue.

Recorded ('robo-')call, offer to 'lower my interest rate'.

I have NOT given my cell phone number to any entity which would offer such a service. This company is guilty of calling a cell phone, DNC list violation, and because I pay for all my minutes of air time, THEFT.

Prerecorded message saying "Hello, this is an urgent message from Card Services, You may be paying too much interest on your credit cards, please press 1 to lower your interest rates today!" there is no option to be removed. If I hang up, they call back a few hours later. If I press 1, someone answers, and states "Would you like to lower your interest rates today?" I say "No" they hang up, I say "Yes" they ask for my SSN and then I hang up.

Reducing your credit card rates. They wanted me to push one to talk to a representative who wanted my credit card info. When I asked them to not call me they just hung up. It's happened at least 10 times in the last 6 months from different numbers each time, but the pre-recorded message is the same. They never say what company they're with.

The message says that my credit card account is approved for lower interest rates and payments but when I've talked to the actual "agents", they can't tell me what credit card company they represent. I haven't given any personal info to them beyond the fact they have my phone number.
