Lower interested on credit cards. They identify themselves as Card Services. "There is nothing wrong with your credit cards, but, this is your final notice that you can lower your interest rate". They give me the option of opting out, which I do, but, they call continuously. I have tried speaking with them but, they hang up on me. They call me all the time but, I haven't kept track of dates and times, but, I will be now.
