Credit Card company wanting me to signup to get reduced rates. They keep calling me on my house and cell. I have asked many times to be put on their do not call list. I have gone through the actions to automatically get removed by calling abck and getting a recording to be added to their do not call list.

The automated message was a female's voice and was rather fast speaking, making it rather hard to write down everything that was stated in the message. Bits and pieces were:
"Hi this is Ann from account services... with good news... Effective today ... Federal Reserve has just... stimulus...can reduce interest rate to 4.9% ... Need to respond immediately ... Consider this your final notice... press 1 now to speak to one of our customer service agent to lower your interest rate."

There was NO option to "remove my number".


Was connected - heard woman's voice with a lot of noise in the background. She asked waht my total debt was. I had her repeat the question. Then she hung up when I told her 10 or 15k
