caller does not identify themselves or credit card agency they are with. They are wanting card information from me. I have asked them to stop calling on several occasions, but they just keep calling. When you ask them to stop calling, they hang up on you.
This is the 2nd complaint i have submitted regarding this agency.
When they call, it shows as Financial Ctr. Again, when you answer, the caller does not identify who they are or what company they represent

automated message that we had failed to respond to all previous calls" and that this was our last opportunity lower credit card debt. It was important to press 1 to speak to a representative. I pressed 1, The representative answered saying that he understood I wanted to learn about credit consolidation. He never gave the name of the company, and when I started "No, we're on the do not call list and..." he hung up on me.
