Caller offered cruise tickets to participate in political survey.

said it was a survey but online blog says it is a cruise line offer and the message says survey (political) in order to skirt the do not call guidelines
"free" cruise for answering questions (requiring payment of "port fees")
Claimed you would win a cruse or dinner for 2 if you answered a few questions. Then would need your credit card number!! This same number has called my husbands cell phone and our home phone all within minutes. The calls began the same day we registered our numbers on your national do no call registry! They are running a scam!!
