As for a person that has been dead for 2 years. When you tell them they keep calling 20 times a day

They call 6-8 times a day looking for someone who doesn't even reside at my number an tonight they called at 10pm CST an now they speak Spanish to me.. I want the harassment to stop!

This number contacted my mother looking for me, they would not identify reason for calling. They requested my contact information but refused to mention any reason they would need to contact me. The company name was Reported as RTM, and the representatives name was Grace.
