The message wasn't clear - it 1st sounded like I had a past due credit card account. But then spoke of lowering my interest rate. I pressed 1 as instructed to speak w/live person and asked who they were - they hung up on me.

The message claims that this is the last call to take advantage of lowering my credit card rate. You can press 1 to speak to a representative, which I did and let the operator know that I would report the incident upon which the operator hung up.
