press 1 to lower your credit card interest rate. i do not even own a credit card. after pressing 1, and a live person comes on, they ask "did you press 1 to lower your interest rate" and i explain no and need to be removed. they say nothing and immediately hang up. i am getting tired of making these complaints with you and the national do not call list and nothing being done.
