I have received these messages for almost two years now on almost a daily basis. The message is a pre-recorded voice, this month it is Ann with Cardmember Services telling me about a way to reduce my credit card debt due to some changes with the FED Interest Rates. Finally it always concludes that: "this is your final notice." It then asks me to press one to hear more. If I push one and ask them why they keep calling me or anything about who they are with the line immediately disconnects.

In both cases, a pre-recorded message indicated that the recipient of the card had been pre-approved for lower credit card interest rates, and that this call would count as a final notification. If interested, the recipient was to push the number 1 to speak with a live person about the program (I have done so before to let them know that the number is on the do not call registry and to have the number taken off the list, but have been hung up on each time that has happened; I did not do so these last two times).
