It says this is the last chance to lower my interest rate and I can press 1 to do so. If I simply hang up. They call again as the log shows. Then When I press 1, I get a live person and when I ask why they continue to call me they hang up quickly. Otherwise if I say I want my interest rate lower they start to ask about credit card info. When I say if you are my credit card company you should already have my card #. After I question if they are legit, they hang up.
