They offer to involve me in some sort of account. I have on several occasions listened to their entire recording in order to speak to a human to tell them to stop calling me, most of those times they would then hang up on me, twice they put me on hold for a period of over 5 minutes. My phone plan is limited to 400 minutes total so I can not wait infinitely more time for them when I don't know they will answer soon.
