Pre-recorded message with a claim that the company is my credit card service provider. There is no option to take your phone number off of the call list. When you press a number to be directed to a live "representative" they will not give you a name. I have previously asked the live representatives to take my name off their call list and I continue to receive multiple calls from them.

I received many, many of these calls several months ago offering to lower my credit card rates but they stopped suddenly when I began receiving nearly constant text messages from the same area code and prefix. I reported the spam text messages to AT&T and they stopped, now the phone calls have begun again.

The pre-recorded message at the beginning of the call identified the caller as "Ann from Account Services" though no other business name was given. A reduction in my credit card rates was offered, but only for a limited time. This was "my final notice". I was instructed to press 1 to speak to a representative; when I did so, the person I was connected to did not give a name and hung up on me when I asked for her name. I was unable to ask to be put on their do-not-call list.
