Very curious after calling, in how they could lower interest rates upon my Credit Card.
When asking how they initially wanted my Credit Card telephone number - they pathetically hung up!!! Fully disgraceful.

last chance to lower my interest rate on my credit card - no indication to which credit card they were referring to. I have asked these type of calls to stop calling me when I transferred to their customer service center but they just hang up. I am not certain this call is from the same company since it displays a different caller id number.
