Recorded message begins by stating they are taking a "short political survey" BUT...the message continues stating survey participants will be eligible for a "free Bahama cruise thanks to a generous donor." The political survey is used to disguise the sales pitch.

Push poll. Something along the lines of "We know you're frustrated with the current state of politics in america, but if you'll take our survey you'll get 'two free tickets to the bahamas' (subject to port fees, gratutity, tax, and other fees) just take the automated survey and speak to our travel professionals afterwards.

Says it is a survey for Political Services of America, I asked for D-N-C previously and then started ignoring the calls (the calls just came form different numbers) they stopped for a few months, but have started again. They keep using various numbers to call so call blocking or being removed from call list doesn't work, they just use a new number the next time they call. On internet people report they attempt to sell a cruise package after the survey.

From the internet: Political Opinions of America begin with a political survey and then offer for free a cruise from Caribbean Cruise Lines that you have to pay for. These cruises are provided by Celebration Cruise Lines. These scumbags masquerade as a political organization to get past the TCPA, the FTC and FCC. They call, try to get you to take a ” political survey” so they can try and sell you a cruise.
