Per my caller ID (360) 529-6920 ID= Local Web

Caller did not leave any message on answering machine. On 11/14/2012 I called number back blocking my number 1st (*82).

The phone call went to a n extremely fast busy signal; not the normal busy signal. All indications are this is a scammer who calls via online route(s). Scammers like these usually are ID theft crooks.
