The recorded message said that due to deregulation, I qualified for discounts over "Com Ed" electrical service. We have Com Ed in the area I live and we have Com Ed service at our home, however, the account is not in my name and they would have our home phone number not my cell phone. It said, "Press 3" to be removed from the list and pressing "3" immediately disconnected the call.
