Initially said that there is nothing wrong with my credit - but if I will press 1 and speak to a representative, they will lower my rates.

This is a credit card scam. It started with a pre-recorded message about a low credit card interest rate. I selected to talk to an operator and was transferred to an Indian speaking person. He said he was working with my bank. I asked him what bank and he said Bank of America. I do not bank with Bank of America. I told him I was on the do not call list and to take my number off his calling list. He then hung up on me.
