security of my credit and or credit cards, sounded like a scam as they did not mention what credit card or company they worked for. Simply said "this is Heather from Credit Services regarding the security of your credit cards," or something very similar.

I received a suspicious phone call from this number. When I called back it addressed me to a computer recording speaking in the name of a Credit Card Company.

Anne from account services trying to lower APR calling from fraud numbers. I do not have a credit card account so obviously a scam. They also never specify what bank, what account, etc. since it's a scam.

Just received a call from this number. Upon answering, I listened to a robo-recording reporting they need to talk to me regarding my credit card, that I was eligible for a lower interest rate but this was my "last chance" for such an opportunity. If I were interested I should hit #1 to speak to an agent. Two immediate red flags here: 1) Company name was not identified during recording and #2) this was my "last chance" for such an opportunity. Don't fall for that hook-line. You can call your credit card company any time to request a lower interest rate and it won't cost you a think to ask.
I hung up suspicious that this is most definitely a scam/telemarketer!

Received call from man stating he can get me lower interest rates on my credit cards. I asked him What Credit Card and he said my VISA / MASTERCARD. The man could not tell me anything about my information and had the nerve to ask me for the expiration date on my credit card, I refused to do so and he hung up on me.
