Interesting. So, I had applied for some small loans this morning and this number called me twice. Couldn't understand the man really and he doesn't know how to explain things well. Of course he ended up hanging up on me as I was getting frustrated. But, there is a 1 time security deposit (1st installment) you have to pay upfront to get the money at some specific location. Yeah. Don't think so. If I had that money I wouldn't need the loan and it sure seemed sketchy.
