Apparently located in Battle Ground, WA. Claims "you or someone in your family recently signed up for a trip... congratulations you were selected." It is SPAM!
Sometimes this is enough to go on for hammering the companies who make the calls..Almost every single time they play stupid and the companies who lease the lines act just as dumb. this is why we cannot catch and stop the problem...I commented earlier the info I found out. I also told the guy I know where he is in cancun and I intend to visit his office, he hung up must have been scared.
