This call was a phished call using the phone number of the Vancouver Food Mart in Vancouver, Washington. This is NOT a legit credit card service company.
The people calling is the same female robo voice that has come to my phone MANY times using MANY different phished numbers.
There is a delay of robo voice (in my case left on a voicemail) then there's a giggle of female robo voice saying pardon me I was getting my headset on. A robo voice is FAKE, no headsets used. Then the same spiel goes on about your credit card balance and how "they" can lower your interest rate.
I have by choice NO credit cards, therefore I have no credit card account. There was NO legit reason for me to get this call.
Eventually the person will, if they wait long enough, get a live often rude person to come on the line. They only want to get one's personal and financial information for identity theft. This has been reported on in the local Cleveland news. Do NOT fall for this, not only will your identity be stolen, charges will be run up on your credit cards.
This is a scam.
