They called me yesterday! Is it a scam? I don't owe any back taxes either, and never got a message until they said final notice!

My client received a call from this number saying they were having her arrested if she didn't pay back taxes today. She owes no taxes but it scared her to death.

Same B.S. saying they were the I.R.S. and there was a lawsuit against me. Makes me angry if I knew who they were there would be fists flying.,

Caller stated IRS has a lawsuit against me and last warning. Call from state of Washington. I know IRS does not make phone calls. They will send correspondence first.
