Similar experience with ROBO call and one of the many scam tells is the message is never personalized. This call is for "YOU". I am being sued and you don't have my name. Bad Scam...Shame!
Caller: FAKE IRS Robo Call
I have received two phone calls from this number. The caller identified herself as Elma a representative of the IRA. The message said that I am about to be sued by the IRS for tax fraud. Ha Ha!!!!

Got a robotic voice leaving me a voicemail telling me that I had a legal case against me from the irs, and either me or my lawyer should call them back or else legal action will be taken against me. . . SCAM!!!
