I have personal info to obamacare.org and immediately started receiving phone calls every few minutes from multiple numbers including this one.

This number was calling me every few minutes, with no one responding on the other end.
Now every time they call I set up a call scheduler (free app to download) to call them back 100 times in 10 second intervals.
Every time.

Selling open enrollment insurance but calling repeatedly on my cell while I am at work.

Literally called six times in two hours then called again three times within a minute and called while I was calling them to ask them to stop AND called immediately after I was told they wouldn't.
