Same - received a voice mail from an automated machine stating I was being sued by the IRS - whom don't even have the phone number used. Save yourself aggravation - ignore it. The IRS will always send official correspondence regarding discrepancies via USPS.

Just got a call from the same idiots!! Right before that I received a call from a person who barely speaked English regarding overseas pharmacy. I ordered from INDIA last year! NEVER AGAIN ...changing my number!!!!

I did get a message from a robo machine saying that the IRS was filing a law suit against me, So I called the number back and some indian speaking idiot answered, I asked if this was the American IRS and he said yes, so I told him to send me a letter so I could take it to my Lawyer and then we would find him and shove that letter up is a--. He then hung up. I hope people don't fall for this scam, and people wonder why some of us discriminate against towel heads. Sorry people, not all of them are bad people.

10/1/2015 08:20 I had received this caller & left a message that this all from IRS to file a law sue to against me regarding WiFi issue. I believe it's a scam. I pay no attention.
sill I rather not to be bother. I should report this to police department or .... I'll find out.

I received a call this morning telling me the IRS had a law suit filed against me, and it was the last call I would receive regarding this and to call this number. I did not and suspected it was a scam. I said nothing and was not identified by the caller.

I knew the drill as soon as I listened to the robocall message. So I called the number back a few times. Hey -- my turn to scam these jerks. You know, order a pizza, call the middle eastern accent-ladened a-hole some profanities. One of the times I called he must have hit the three-way button instead of call waiting. Boy, was that fun. I ended up talking with a would-be victim and was able to explain to her she was being scammed.
And the scammer kept trying to interrupt and refute me. He never did figure out how to disconnect us.
That was fun.

Habbib trying to scam for IRS. What a joke, the irs would not contact you by phone maybe in the middle east but not here. Habbib needs to go back to Iraq and stop trying to scam people.

I received a call from this number and they claimed they were the IRS and that I owed Money to the IRS. They further said I was going to be arrested and they were filling suit against me. The man I spoke with had a heavy middle eastern accent and was some what difficult to understand. He wanted money to make the problem go away.
