This caller is really persistent using different calling phone numbers. It was driving me nuts but I finally found an effective way to stop the calls; call 866-246-7196 and give the caller's and receiving phone numbers. This phone number is on their list they provide the do not call request service for and in a couple of days the calls stopped.
