Scam debt collection racket. Callers don't identify themselves or company. Robo calls, no messages. Sometimes phishing for identity information. Hung up and blocked the call.
Saw on another site it was a debt collection scam associated with a company called Cedars Financial in California. Can't figure out why a legit company would not want to have their name on the caller ID. Call was from Woodsboro, Texas. Really strange sounds in the background of one call, maybe 30 people talking at the same time. I reported this as I am on a no call list. Ready to get a lawyer as the keep harassing my home with robo calls.
